Monthly Maze Competition - March 2026

Every month Mazelog presents the challenge of a new logic maze. Solve the maze to get your name published in next month's list of correct entries.

Full details of how to enter are given below. Here's this month's maze:

Jokers Wild (easy)

This is a type of link maze (see Link Mazes). Start at the Ace of Spades in the top left corner, and move horizontally or vertically (but not diagonally) to another card with the same suit or number.

The Jokers are special. When you land on a Joker it behaves like the previous card you were on. For example, if you jump from the Ace of Clubs to the Joker below it, the Joker behaves as if it were the Ace of Clubs.

Continue in this way until you can find the shortest route to the Queen of Hearts in the bottom right corner:

Jokers Wild
  • Congratulations! Maze completed in %n steps and %s seconds.

Click to trace the route and solve the maze.

How to Enter

Your solution to the Jokers Wild maze above should be written as a sequence of numbers, indicating the route through the maze, where 1 is the top left cell and 25 is the bottom right cell. If you solve the maze interactively the solution will be typed in for you.

Entry Form

Email:This will be used to identify your entry, and will not be made public.
Name:(Optional) to identify you on the published list of correct entries.
Solution: A list of numbers, separated by spaces, identifying the sequence of squares to solve the maze.
